We designed and built 3 luxury estate homes in a private culd de sac setting in Kleinburg. The lot sizes ranged from 1.24 acres-2.14 acres. Each lot had an extensive backyard backing onto conservation land.

With a complete demolition of another 1000 sq foot post war bungalow, we were able to construct a 3400 sq foot contemporary home with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths.

Before construction, this property was a typical 1950’s 1200 sq bungalow. To accommodate our client’s budget effectively, we utilized the existing foundation and built it up from there. We lowered the basement floor in order to create the 9-foot ceiling minimum. We strengthened the structure to ensure the home was up to today's building code and standard. A 2 nd floor was built to incorporate 4 bedrooms each bedroom having their own ensuite bathroom.
